Is it possible to over-charge the battery?
1. No – Every machine is designed to detect a full battery. Once the optimum charge has been achieved the current automatically converts to a slow trickle charge
Machine does not charge
1. Ensure the power cable is plugged into the machine
2. Check that the mains power switch is in the on position
Machine counts very slowly
1. Ensure the machine is placed on flat, stable and solid surface
2. Ensure the machine is not directly under any air-conditioning vents
Machine only accepts 25-30 notes: TOO MANY NOTES message
1. This is a feature of the machine. In order for the machine to provide 100% count accuracy, it is necessary to restrict the number of notes the machine counts per slice applied
2. Remove some notes until message disappears – reapply notes in smaller slices

1. Ensure the machine is placed on firm, even surface. It is recommended that you do not use appliances
2. Ensure that the correct denomination is placed on the hod
3. Check calibrated weights of the scoop or till cup – follow calibration instructions
Does the machine need regular recalibration like other weighing equipment?
1. No – all Cashmaster machines are pre-calibrated to the specific geographical area they are to be used. Recalibration is seldom required. In addition, each machine has an inbuilt capacity to continuously track, learn and database deviances in local weights (coins and notes)
Does the machine charge faster if switched off?
1. No – the charge current remains at a constant state, regardless of whether the machine is on, off or in use
How much printing can be done on one full charge?
1. It is recommended that printing should be carried out with the machine plugged into the AC supply. On a full charge your CP1 printer will typically print 20 till counts
